Felt Tired and Dated

The owner was ready to sell the house but not before the exterior matched the inside of the house. Theh challenge was the green color of the roof and the black elements on the house that did not match.

The shutters got removed, the trim painted and all the black removed.

Fresh and inviting, it really looked like a brand new home. Sold with great success and the house is now the eye-catcher of the street!
