Dining in Style, the Power of the Right Paint Color

This property is located in the West part of Calgary. Prior to my visit, the sellers felt overwhelmed and were looking for guidance in how to stage their home for sale.

One of the most important elements in the preparations of this particular home, was choosing the right interior paint color.

The current wall colors were quite dark, making the house feel small, online and in person. The multitude of interior paint colors and a large number of art and accessorires, would show busy in a listing picture, taking the focus of the house they are selling.

I offered my home staging advice during my consultation and the owners took it all to heart. The result: A light, fresh and bright presentation, showing a well kept, updated property for sale. By painting the interior of the home, we took objections away from potential buyers and showcased a move-in ready home. The owners felt releaved and very happy with the end result. SOLD!
