During my home staging consultation, I developed a custom plan to showcase this property’s natural strengths. I recommended a light, bright wall color to modernize the space and suggested reducing oversized décor and personal photos, making each room feel more open and inviting. The focus was to allow buyers to truly see what the home had to offer.

The standout solution: I devised a way to update the gold pillars by boxing them in with drywall—transforming their look to match the contemporary style buyers expect. Importantly, this creative approach ensured the pillars could easily be restored by the owners if needed.

With my detailed checklist in hand, the homeowners had clear guidance to stage their house with confidence and clarity. They followed the tailored plan step by step, and the results were outstanding.
